 Kellon T. McGuire is a dedicated estate litigation attorney with a record of success in even the most complex and contentious disputes. A top graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, he received his J.D. alongside honors for excellence in legal research, legal writing, and oral advocacy.

Over the course of his career, Mr. McGuire has litigated
cases involving disputes valued from $500,000 to $1.6 billion. He has handled practically every type of estate dispute imaginable, and to date, he has yet to have an unsatisfied client.

Mr. McGuire’s practice focuses exclusively on trust, will,
and estate litigation.
